We’ll chat via video call and design your cake together just as we would in person, relaxed, friendly and completely tailored to you.

When to Start Designing Your Cake
I usually recommend starting once key details like your colour palette, flowers, attire and venue styling are confirmed. That way, your cake will complement the overall look of your wedding beautifully.
Before Your Consultation
To make the most of our time together, I’ll send a simple pre-meeting checklist beforehand. Using this, I create a personalised mood board so we can focus on ideas that suit your style from the start.

Colour palettes or floral ideas
Every detail helps shape a cake that feels uniquely yours.

If you’d like to explore your wedding cake design before securing your date, you’re very welcome to begin with a virtual design consultation alongside a wedding cake tasting box to enjoy at home.
This gives us the chance to focus first on your vision — styling, inspiration, colours, and overall feel, while you sample a selection of flavours in your own time. We can chat via video call or email, whichever feels most comfortable.
There’s absolutely no obligation to book, it’s simply an opportunity to experience both the design process and the cakes, and see if I’m the right fit for your day.
Booking Your Date
Once your £100 Save the Date booking fee is secured, your design and tasting consultation is included as part of my bespoke wedding cake service.
Many couples book 12–18 months ahead, so do get in touch early if you have your date and venue confirmed.
