Let's talk about cake! Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and if you're unsure where to start with your cake, why not join me for an informal chat over tea and sample a selection of my most popular cake flavours as we design your dream cake together.
In-Person Design Appointments; Each design appointment lasts up to an hour and focuses on your aesthetic preferences. This is an opportunity for us to dive into your wedding plans in more detail.
To ensure your cake ties in beautifully with the rest of your day, I recommend starting the design process once you have confirmed key elements such as your colour palette, dress/attire, room decor and flower choices with your florist. That way, your cake will perfectly complement your overall wedding look.
What to Expect During Your Design Appointment; During your visit, you'll have the chance to:

Talk through your pre meeting checklist and design your cake together.
Before your Bespoke design appointment, whether this is in-person, a video call or emails. I’ll send you a simple pre-meeting checklist to learn more about your plans. Using the this information, I’ll create a personalised mood board. This will allow us to have a thorough discussion about your wedding day and any specific cake design elements you're considering. On the day please feel free to share additional photos, stationery samples, or colour swatches that you'd like to use as inspiration for your cake.
After the consultation; I'll provide you with a comprehensive design proposal via email. This will include:
A hand-drawn sketch of your design or multiple sketches to choose from.
A quote for your cake.
Details on cake flavour's.
Delivery information.
Stand hire options.
Any other requirements.
Bespoke Design and tasting Consultation; Once your £100 "Save the Date" booking fee has been paid, a wedding cake design and tasting consultation is included as part of the bespoke service.
Design consultations are an important part of the process and allow us to refine every detail of your cake. In-person design appointments are available on a limited basis, depending on my current workload. Virtual design appointments are available most days and offer a relaxed, flexible way to discuss your ideas from the comfort of your own home.
